[They say, The better day, the better deede]
They say, The better day, the better deede:Sellman sayes no, who with the Diuell decreed,
Vpon the day of Christs Natiuitie,
In the Kings Chappell, to commit Fellonie.
Oh daring wretch, so spent of heauenly grace,
To steale at such a time, in such a place:
Too true thy name and deedes alike haue bin,
Thou wast a Sell-man of thy selfe to sinne.
