Verses wrote in the Summer-House where Sir RICHARD STEEL wrote his Conscious Lovers.

Sure this is more than Classic Ground I tread,
All Pindus seems to bloom around my Head;
Wake then, my Muse, what Lyre can lay unstrung,
In Shades where Phœbus, or where Steel hath Sung?
A Cimberton each gaudy Tulip shows,
And each gay Bed is throng'd with Lacquey Beaux.
In each fair Plant young Bevil greets my Eyes,
And Indiana in each whisper Sighs.
