Apology

The Cavalier Daily apologizes for
printing a column written by one of the
current Student Council candidates in
this week's Monday edition. The Cavalier
Daily's policy is to discontinue columnists
who run for political office; due to
oversight it was not followed in this
instance. The departure in printing the
column should not be construed as an
endorsement by this paper of the
writer's candidacy.
