Good Statistics
The attack against Buffalo, in
fact, was so good that the team
now ranks tenth in the nation in
rushing offense with 226.0 yards
per game. Virginia also leads the
ACC in total offense with a 338.5
yards gained each game and in
rushing average (noted above).
If these statistics do not frighten
the Deacs just a bit, then maybe
the mere presence of Gene Arnetic
will. After all Arnetic is currently
tied for the conference lead in points
scored with 24 to his credit. He
will lead a hard-charging group of
Cavaliers onto the field Saturday
night.
