CHAPTER 6. The code of the city of Charlottesville,

Sec. 8. Retaining or exposing dead bodies.
No person shall retain or expose, or allow to be retained or exposed,
the dead body of any human being to the peril or prejudice
of the life or health of any person, under a penalty of not less than
five dollars nor more than fifteen dollars. (Id., § 422.)
