On Mrs. S. G.

I love a comely Maid, whose face
Doth promise Vertue, Wisdom, Grace,
And in her smiling blush, and eye,
The Summe of all Perfections lye.
She's none of those spends half the day,
In pinning fine, and goes to play.
But in a plain, (yet comely) dress;
Looks smartly after business.
This is the Pearl which I do prize;
The spotless Object, of mine eyes.
