67 Of Peleus friendship.
When Peleus is brought vp to London streets,By Proces first to answer waighty sutes,
Oh then how kind he is to all he meets!
How friendly by their names he them salutes!
Then one shall haue a Colt of his best race,
Another gets a warrant for a Buck:
Some deeper brib'd, according as their place
May serue his turne, to worke or wish good luck.
But when his troubles all to end are brought
By time, or friendly paines on his behalfe,
His kindnes is not now so much by halfe.
Sith then his suites in Law his friendship doubles,
I for his friendships sake could wish him troubles.
