On a Lay-Preacher.
I went the other day to see a Lay-manAscend the Pulpit (some say 'twas a Dray-man)
But in his Prayers he made (as some believ'd)
Five hundred sev'ral faces: 'faith I griev'd
To see him so, for (if he were in's wits)
They were no Prayers, but Convulsion fits.
