With regard to your editorial,
"The Board and Us" of 9
December, may I suggest that you
misinterpreted Mr. Rogers when he
asked you what prep schools you
attended. Undoubtedly he was
using the term "prep school"
generically to cover all institutions
in which one might prepare for
college. Mr. Rogers is well aware of
the proportion of students who
enter the University from public
high schools.
