['Gainst me Thou writest bitter things]

Thou writest bitter things against me. —xiii. 26.

'Gainst me Thou writest bitter things,
Thy rod the high indictment brings;
My flesh Thine arrows tear:
Thy terrors in my soul I feel,
They drive me to the verge of hell,
The confines of despair.
