The host of heaven worshippeth Thee.

Thee the angelic armies praise,
Those first-born sons of light,
But cannot look on Jesu's face,
And bear the dazzling sight;
Ranks upon ranks, they fall before
The all-abasing Name,
In silent ecstasy to' adore
