The Pilgrimes New-yeares-Gift | ||
Once more in your conceiuings (gracious) frame
A Pilgrimes habit, lookes, and Pilgrimes pace,
Bound to Iehouah's Court: Ere there he came
Tobias Angell (to refresh his case)
Conducts him to a bounteous Ladies place,
Seated vpon a Rocke: she (Mercy height)
With pardons, Almes-deeds, and like workes of Grace
Had al her Rooms hung round: he praies this wight
That she wil him instruct; she bids him thus to write.
