Despite a fine effort by the junior guard, South Carolina gained revenge over the Cavaliers Saturday night, winning 86-70. The Gamecocks, ranked number 11 in the nation, were led by sophomore guard John Roche, who pumped in 35 points. Kinn led the Cavaliers with 24 markers. The game was much closer than the score indicates, as Virginia was down only three points at the half, and trailed by only five points with eight minutes left.
