In action taken by the
Judiciary Committee: Nov.
28, a fourth-year student
was found guilty of a
violation of section one of
the Standards of
Conduct. The Committee
found that the student,
acting as doorman, used
excessive and unjustified
force in removing an
uninvited student from a
fraternity party Nov. 3.
The penalty was a written
reprimand to remain on
permanent file for the
accused's remaining time at
the University and prohibit
his future service as
doorman. Appeal is
currently pending.
