Sec. 14. Carcasses—Carrying beyond city limits or
burial.
The carcasses of all animals which die in the city shall be carried
one-half mile beyond the limits of the city or be buried in
some suitable place. Any one violating this section shall be fined
ten dollars. (Id., § 331.)
