SCENE THE FOURTH.
Mary.Ma.
My son! ... What have I heard? ... my son surrender'd
To that most cruel, envious, crafty queen!
And who surrenders him to her? His father;
His very father thus betrays his blood,
His honour, and himself! Was there, alas!
Such guilt e'er found united in one man
With such infatuation?
