Cavalier Scoring
Chuck Shelton and Jay Waldron
scored on runs of about 30 yards
for the Cavaliers and Byron
Shankman added a third try, while
Tom Furniss handled the kicking
chores and scored eight points.
Morgan Cooper made some
excellent runs according to the
spokesman, including one that set
up Waldron's try.
The Cavaliers took a 7-0 lead in
the first half before completely
running away from Sud-Americano
with an 11-point second half that
put the game out of reach.
The "A" side is now 3-1 for the
season with the only loss against a
highly-rated touring Australian side.
