RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA FOUNDATION TO
PURCHASE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1011 LINDEN AVENUE AND 1021 LINDEN AVENUE
RESOLVED, the Board of Visitors authorizes the
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, with the
concurrence of the Chair of the Finance Committee, to approve
the negotiation and purchase by the University of Virginia
Foundation of property located at 1011 Linden Avenue and 1021
Linden Avenue, which consists of 94,787 square feet in the City
of Charlottesville. The purchase price for the property shall be
negotiated by the University of Virginia Foundation and approved
by the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and
by the Chair of the Finance Committee.
