ALS 4 pp. January 1st, 1862 Letter from Adelaide E. Case to Charles N. Tenney

Addie writes to Charles, thanking him for his "very acceptable" Christmas present. She also shares her thoughts on the ringing in of the new year. She is upset to think that the war will continue and she fears for Charles' safety. In response to a previous letter from Charles she says that she has been writing him every week.
