Sec. 268. Persons frequenting houses of ill-fame.

Any person frequenting a house of ill-fame, or visiting the
same for the purpose of lewdness, fornication or prostitution
shall be fined not less than $20.00 nor more than $100.00, or confined
in jail not exceeding thirty days, or both.
