The hand of the Lord is gone out against me.

Gone out against my body, Lord,
Thy chastening hand I feel in pain,
That wounded by Thy Spirit's sword
My soul might perfect health obtain;
Thy hand is contrary to me,
That I may all be lost in Thee.
