Vice President for Student Affairs, D. Alan Williams, was visibly upset last night when he was informed that former Virginia Gov. Mills Godwin had been named to replace Edgar F. Shannon Jr. as President of the University. "I feel I've been hosed by the Board of Visitors," said the outraged Mr. Williams.
