• The following resolution was adopted:
• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the Hospital Accounts Committee be and it is hereby authorized to charge off as uncollectible accounts schedules totaling $1,072,709.67, as recommended by it, consisting of the following:
      

  Bad debts	$245,348.25
  Free service to Counties and Cities	827,361.42

  Total	$1,072,709.67
