[O Iesu, grant I may resigne]

O Iesu, grant I may resigne
my selfe vnto thy will,
And that I may my selfe forsake,
And cleaue vnto thee still.
O Iesu grant that I may haue
of ioy and inward peace,
And of the paines I haue deseru'd,
good Iesu me release.
Sweet Iesu giue me inward ioy,
my soule to feed on thee,

And for thy tender mercies sake,
haue mercie now on me,
Amen.
