Peter Pettit of Sigma Alpha Epsilon accepts the Cross Award, given annually to that fraternity which has improved the most academically during the preceding year. Richard S. Cross is making the presentation as President Shannon looks on. Mr. Cross, a member of the Board of Visitors, sponsored a banquet for the SAE's at Newcomb Hall October 12.
