When as the Sunne doeth shine,
if Naijs hide her face:

Then Phœbus dies, and all the feelds
lament in dolefull cace.
When as the Sunne doeth shroude,
if Naijs faire appere,
Then darknesse dies, and all the feelds
reioyce with gladsome chere.
