Gem of Honour, Worth, farewellFrom thy Cell;
Chang'd these snowy bleating Flocks,
Ecchoing Rocks,
For those Climes where wonders dwell:
Mildest Zephirs fan thee o're,
Chief Wonder, to what ever Shore.

Thou, that was't our lovelyer Pan,Star oth' Plain,
Whose rare Influence rude frize
Did Civillize;
And sublim'd the Rustick brain:
Nor did'st more enoble, then
Improve this Desert, Herd of men.

Rarest young Compound for sweetVirtue, Wit;
Heighten'd through forms excellence,
More by Sence;
Sin, these Shades should cloud thee yet:
