'Civil Disobedience'

On May 3 a 'massive civil disobedience'
plans to close down 14th Street Bridge, Shirley
Highway, DuPont Circle and the Pentagon.

"We must go into this in a more serious,
militant, committed way than we have ever
done," he said. "Anybody who is into
'trashing,' stay home."
