Trigon Opens Book Exchange
As a service for Engineering students,
the Trigon Society is operating a book
exchange during the first week of second
semester.
Any Engineering students who wish to sell
old books can leave them at the exchange,
which is located in room A-M 209 in the
Aero-Mechanical Building. The students set
their own prices on the books, and Trigon
collects the money for them.
The success of this venture, which Trigon
hopes to make a regular activity each semester,
depends upon the number of students who
bring in books to sell. Any books used in
Engineering courses are acceptable, including
Chemistry and Physics books.
The Exchange's hours are from 4-6 p.m. on
Wednesday, February 4, and 2-5 p.m. on
Thursday and Friday. Money or unsold books
can be collected any time this week or during
hours to be announced next Monday or
Tuesday.
The exchange represents the first practical
effort to reduce book costs and needs all
engineers' support to make it a success,
according to the exchange's sponsors.
