[Lord, if indeed from Thee I know]
Lord, if indeed from Thee I knowI cannot my own helper be,
Thy strength in utter weakness show,
Thy grace miraculous in me:
Me from my bosom-lust restrain,
By perfect love's indwelling power;
And I shall never sin again,
Shall never grieve Thy goodness more.
