As Sea and Earth I view, but with mine eye,Nor Element all fire nor aire discry:
So know I men and beasts, but cannot so
High God, and holy Angels reach unto:
For (ah) by Adams fall my knowing part
Seemes dasht and duld'd against a stony heart.
