Mart. Lib. 12. Epig. 23.

When Mony I on my bare Bond do crave,
Youv' none: I'le Mortgage, Sir,—oh! now you have.
Thus, Thelesine, you will not trust a Friend,
But on the Credit of his Field You'l lend.
You'r cast at Law; tell not me, tell my Land—
You want a Friend—not I, my Field shall stand.
