'Tis not th'inchanted Ayre from Strings well toucht
Voyces well Ordred, yt Compells me t'leau
Those Sacred Mansions (wher noe foot ere trod
But mine & of my Subiects) to descend
And Grace your watry Orbs (Great King of waues)
But in acknowledgement of yt Protection
You lately did afford when Violence
Attempted was T'accost my Virgin Pallace
By Some whose wandring minds vnsatesfide

Heer Orpheus & Oryon Play ye Mayn Masking Daunce wc h ye Six Yong Princes & Six Ladies attired in Starrs performe in a New composed figure —wc h ended They wayt vpon Their Princes vp into ye Scene again And Oceanus follows: yet before He goes he Sends abroad ye Seuerall Escuttchions to ye Principall of ye Spectators as Trophies of his Poletike fallacy & Speaks—

Carry as Trophies of my Power & Sway
Their Scuttchions who through Me did Seek a way
T'haue made my Vn-toucht Misteress Their Praye
And tel th'Spectators 'tis e're I goe hence
My Care thus to reward Their Patience

Soe Oceanus Goes vp into ye Scene after ye Princes & her Constellations & then ye Trauers draws closs vp again & all is done: only a Chorus of Mer-Men & Mer-Mayds come forth wt h Spunges, Currall, Sea weed, Combs made of Fish bones & Looking-glasses & conclude all in Three Epilogues morall
