Ad Hedylam Epig. 47.

When thou sayst I hasten to't,
Doe it if thou meanst to do't;

Hedyla, delayd desire
Soon languishes and doth expire.
Command me to expect, then I
Withheld shall run more speedily,
But Hedyla if thou dost hast,
Tell me that I not come too fast.
