Nicholas F. Johnson, commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission will speak in an appearance sponsored by the Student Legal Forum Friday at 8:30 p.m. in Cabell Hall auditorium. Mr. Johnson has taught law at UCLA at Berkeley and practiced law in Washington, D.C. He served as administrator of the Maritime Administration of the Commerce.
