Hic incipit inquisicio in confessione.

Const þow þy pater and þyn aue
And þy crede now telle þow me,
Ȝef he seyth he con hyt not,
Take hys panawnce þenne he mot.
To suche penaunce þenne þou hym turne,
Þat wole make hym hyt to lerne.
