Dear Sir:
Your proposal to raze
University Hall as a solution to
the basketball ticket shortage
was, by your own admission,
absurd.
Equally absurd was your
"market" solution of raising
the ticket prices to a level
beyond the means of much of
a student body which has
mandatorily supported less
than "great" athletic teams
over the years.
Might I suggest that if that
time ever comes, the price
increase be met by allowing the
student an option of applying
fees supporting other grounds
activities, such as your
newspaper, to the purchase of
athletic tickets?
