- Mr. Richard S. Benner as Assistant Director, Office of Career Planning and Placement, for one year, effective September 1, 1985.
- Ms. Rosalyn W. Berne as Assistant Director, Office of Career Planning and Placement, for one year, effective July 1, 1985.
- Ms. Karen A. Chandler as Director of Afro-American Cultural Center, for one year, effective September 1, 1985.
- Ms. Angela M. Davis as Assistant Dean of Students, for three years, effective July 1, 1985.
- Ms. Alexandria J. DeLoatch as Assistant Dean of Afro-American Affairs, for one year, effective August 1, 1985.
