• Mr. Joseph V. Anderson from Acting Assistant Professor of Commerce to Assistant Professor of Commerce, for three academic years, effective January 16, 1982.
• Mr. Jack W. Davidson from Acting Assistant Professor of Computer Science, School of Engineering and Applied Science to Assistant Professor of Computer Science, School of Engineering and Applied Science, for three academic years, effective January 16, 1982.
• Mr. Robert E. Emery from Acting Assistant Professor of Psychology to Assistant Professor of Psychology, for the period January 1, 1982 through May 31, 1985.
• Dr. William H. Grey from Associate Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, Western State to Clinical Associate Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, Western State, for three years, effective February 1, 1982.
• Ms. Marianne M. Kosiewicz from Assistant Professor, Special Education to Assistant Professor, General Faculty, and Assistant Dean of Admissions, for three years, effective January 1, 1982.
• Ms. Vanessa D. Saunders from Acting Assistant Professor of English to Assistant Professor of English, for the period November 1, 1981 through May 31, 1985.
• Dr. Mark Siegler from Visiting Scholar in Religious Studies and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine to Visiting Scholar in Religious Studies and Visiting Associate Professor of Medicine, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1981.
