Perdre un Amico fidele è sopra o'gni dolore.

Of all the cares, and humane miserie,
Which from the Cradle to the Beere attend,
Is none of all can touch a man more nigh,
Than the hard losse of true approved frend;
To whom thy fortune doth not thee commend:
But rich or poore, thy winter, and thy spring,
Hee all alike doth tender to the end.
Each bird, while summer lasts, will sweetly sing;

When frost, and storms dams th'others glozing throats.
