O'Kaysions
At U Hall

Come Saturday night, local observers
may have their answer. How
do you follow an event like last
weekend's U-Hall fiasco-concert?
The Albemarle High School
Boosters Club is sponsoring an
event proclaimed a "rock festival"
at 8 P.M. Saturday, October 10.

Billed on top are the O'Kaysions
("Girl Watcher", "Love Machine",
etc.) who, it is claimed, come on
somewhat stronger in concert than
from that sanctuary which is the
studio. The show should be good
for a little nostalgia, if nothing else.

Billed number two, they should
have been number one: The Serpentine
Wall's appearance will assure
that local talent will go not unrepresented.

Lastly, there will be Gregory D
and the Main Men, "Virginia's
Number One Beach Band."

The promoters are already anticipating
a setback, and their expectations
will probably be realized.
If the University fans find
something else to do Saturday
night, perhaps Charlottesville's
bopper population will come
through and bolster the event's
attendance. Tickets are going for
$3.00 per head.
