RESIGNATIONS
The following resignations were announced:
- Dr. David Barton, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, effective December 31, 1970, to accept a position at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
- Mr. John E. Christopher, Assistant Professor of Physics, effective June 30, 1970, to accept a position at the University of Kentucky.
- Mr. Dieter Drechsel, Associate Professor of Physics, effective June 30, 1970, to return to Germany.
- Mr. Roland C. Fivaz, Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics, effective October 15, 1970, to accept a position with another university.
- Mr. Joseph P. Gilmore, Professor of Physiology, effective July 31, 1970, to accept a position at the University of Nebraska.
- Miss Frances E. Goodman, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, effective July 15, 1970, to accept a position with the State Health Department in Kentucky.
- Mr. F. Duane Lamkin, Assistant Professor of Education, effective June 30, 1970, to accept a position with the Community Mental Health Center, Pensacola.
- Mr. James E. Lewis, Clinical Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine, effective September 1, 1970, to accept the position as Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine, for one year, effective September 1, 1970, University of Virginia Medical School.
- Dr. Gardner W. Smith, Associate Professor of Surgery, effective June 30, 1970, to accept a position at the Baltimore City Hospital.
- Miss Elizabeth C. Thomas, Assistant Professor of Education, effective December 31, 1970, because of home responsibilities.
- Dr. Richard A. Wetzel, Assistant Professor of Medicine and of Radiology, effective September 30, 1970, for personal reasons.
- Dr. David K. Wiecking, Assistant Professor of Pathology, effective August 31, 1970, to accept a position at the University of North Carolina.
