By mountains screen'd and crown'd with dulcet canes,
Where the mad Ouragan in phrenzy roars,
Affrights the Isle, and desolates the shores,
While many a rill and flow'ry vale between,
Smile in the storm and reconcile the scene:
See, there an Hero of the Negro line,
Boasts an high Feeling, Briton, proud as thine.
