RESIGNATIONS

• The following resignations were announced:
• Miss Ruth K. Angress, Professor of Germanic Languages and Literatures, effective May 31, 1976, to accept a position at the University of California, Irvine.
• Mr. Harvey E. Bines, Associate Professor of Law, effective May 31, 1976, to enter private practice.
• Mr. Judah M. Eisenberg, Francis H. Smith Professor of Physics, effective May 31, 1976, to accept a position at Tel-Aviv University.
• Dr. Richard A. Flom, Assistant Professor of Radiology, effective February 29, 1976, to enter private practice.
• Mr. Donald L. Martin, Associate Professor of Economics, effective May 31, 1976, to join the Center for Studies in Law and Economics, School of Law, University of Miami.
• Mr. Jerry L. Mashaw, Professor of Law, effective May 31, 1976, to accept a position at Yale University Law School.
• Mr. Kenneth G. Peterson, Professor and Associate Librarian, Alderman Library, effective March 12, 1976, to assume the position of Dean of Library Affairs, Southern Illionis University.
• Miss Diane K. Wakat, Assistant Professor of Nursing, effective March 15, 1976, to further research interests.
• Mr. H. G. F. Wilsdorf, Chairman, Department of Materials Science, effective May 31, 1976, to devote full time to teaching and research.
• Mr. Lev Zetlin, University Professor of Architecture and of Civil Engineering, effective May 31, 1976, in order to meet heavy commitments in the professional and research field outside the University.
