• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons be and they are hereby elected Professor Emeritus:
• Dr. McLemore Birdsong, Professor of Pediatrics.
• Mr. Fredson T. Bowers, Linden Kent Memorial Professor of English.
• Mr. Marion K. Kellogg, Professor of Law.
• Miss Charlotte Kohler, Professor of English.
• Mr. Carl McFarland, Henry L. and Grace Doherty Charitable Foundation Professor of Law.
• Mr. Joseph L. Vaughan, Joseph L. Vaughan Professor of Humanities.
