Article XXIII. Effective Date.
Sec. 80. When ordinance and map effective.
This ordinance,[44]
including the building zone map of Charlottesville,
designated "district map," dated February 17,
1958, as heretofore amended, shall become effective on February
17, 1958. (2-17-58, § 33-80.)
