Article XX. Violations.

Sec. 77. Penalty; order to conform.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance[42] shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars

($250.00) for each offense; and each day such violation continues
shall constitute a separate offense. The court may,
after due notice, order conformity with the provisions of this
ordinance. (2-17-58, § 33-77; 6-7-65, § 9.)
