FAB. XCIV. The Horse and Hart.

The Horse unable to out-race the Hart,
Implores the aid of man to take his part,
Then won the prize, but hence his fate began
For ever since he'as been inslavd by man.

Morall

He who by th'Rables power a Crowne does weare
May be a King, but is a Slave to feare.
