Architects Named

Architects for the project
are Rawlings, Wilson and
Fraher of Richmond, and

Plans will include a
commons building with
meeting rooms, a snack bar,
laundry facilities, and small
shops for books and sundry

parallel rows. Between the two
rows, a "pedestrian street" will
be constructed for use by

vehicles.
