Judiciary Action
The Judiciary Committee met Monday
night and found a fourth-year College
student guilty of conduct tending to
endanger the health or safety of University
students and University-owned facilities
pursuant to the newly promulgated code of
conduct. The trial stemmed from a
fireworks incident occurring in front of
Webb Dormitory on the evening of 15
September. The penalty was undisclosed.
